Wouldn’t it be nice to know what the first 30 days at a new company will look like? What training will you receive? What will the orientation process entail? Who will you meet? Well, we have answers! We’re here to tell you exactly what your first 30 days at Rent One will look like!

Prior to your start date, our Coworker Development Manager Dusty Ray will reach out to welcome you to the team! He may even ask some insightful questions like “What is your favorite beverage and snack?” (You’ll see why later!)

On day one, you’ll show up at your scheduled start time and join Dusty for a virtual orientation during which he’ll give you a rundown of all things Rent One. After your orientation, you will have three short training modules to complete while enjoying your favorite snack and beverage! (See, snacks are important to us!)

Your first 30 days will be filled with virtual training designed to help you put your new skills into practice. Depending on your position, you will find yourself pulling files, writing up agreements and finding price tags. Our courses and activities will lay the foundation for your certification training. And we’ll celebrate your onboarding benchmarks along the way with team lunches, Rent One swag, a prize of your choosing, and dessert with your new team!

Our goal for your first month will be to make sure you feel welcomed, well-informed, and excited about the opportunities available here at Rent One. In addition, your main point of contact, Dusty, will schedule a one-on-one follow up to address your concerns, celebrate your wins, and point you in the right direction to propel your career at Rent One. We’re certain your first 30 days at Rent One will be “over the top” in all areas, including training, celebrating, and employee satisfaction!
