Every year Rent One and RNR Tire Express – Midwest take a team of high-performing coworkers on an all-expenses-paid vacation to Mexico. These elite performers are called the Over the Top Achievers! Due to COVID, the 2020 trip was canceled. However, this year we were back on, but instead of Mexico we hit up… Nashville, TN! With over 60 coworkers who qualified for the trip and each one allowed to bring a guest, we welcomed over 100 of our Rent One and RNR Tire Express family members to town.
The event kicked off on Wednesday with a welcome room and reception, followed by a Thursday morning meeting and lunch. On Thursday night, guests were treated to a top-notch dining experience at House of Cards, complete with magicians, cigars and a steak dinner. On Friday, guests were offered their choice of Top Golf, a winery tour or a plantation tour and were given the evening to explore the city on their own. The trip wrapped up at Wildhorse Saloon on Saturday night with none other than Dolly Parton joining to celebrate with the group!
The annual Over the Top Achievers trip provides time for our coworkers and leadership team to relax, reconnect and celebrate with one another and their guests. It also allows us to say thank you to their guests who support them and who we think of as an extension of our family! Our Over the Top Achievers program grows each year, and we look forward to the opportunity to welcome even more people back to our favorite place—Mexico—in 2022!
