Our unique certification program combines online learning, in-store activities and classroom workshops to make sure you’re set-up for success in your position. Completed certifications include either a raise or new bonus opportunity unavailable to those who don’t pursue certification. Our managers love to receive questions about certification—so never hesitate to ask!

The desire to be a lifelong learner is a celebrated characteristic here at Rent One—so much so that we’ve launched a state-of-the-art learning platform, called Rent One Academy! This online educational tool allows us to implement new training quickly and to keep our employees up-to-date on the latest tricks, tips and trades of the rent-to-own industry.

Our Opportunity Center strives to provide world-class assistance to every one of our stores. We’ve implemented an online chat service as well as online ordering and payment services to ensure that we provide support swiftly and in the most convenient manner possible.
